I am always learning. Not because I want to add accolades behind my name, but because I believe we need to stay adaptable and open to learning. As a coach, I understand there are many ways to skin the cat and I understand I don't know everything. As an athlete, I want to have a coach who understands he/she does not know everything and is open and adaptable to keep learning.

 

I don't believe a science degree is an end-all but I do believe a science degree sets the coach apart from the influencers who have not bothered to put in the work that it takes (years!) to achieve a graduate degree. It's kinda same with sports. You've got to put in the work, often years, to be able to reap the harvest. Pun intended. 

As a mother of three little hurricanes, being a business owner and living an expatriate lifestyle with a busy husband, I understand the overall life stress that often accompanies executive-level professionals with big ambitions. As a mother, I have firsthand experienced the challenge of getting enough mom time. We often put ourselves at the end of our long to-do lists. Tribe - Club membership for athletes who are self-motivated go-getters who want a training program to follow. Although you won't get all the bells and whistles that the 1-on-1 coaching clients receive, you'll still get access to many of our support functions, including monthly group coaching calls! I really wanted to create something for my previous 1-on-1 clients and others who may not want all the bells and whistles, or can't afford 1-on-1 coach and still feel supported! My vision with this service is a true community of BadAss Athletes who support and cheer for each other! Contact me for more info!
